It's adorable. I found myself fantasizing about living in a similar space (of course with two kids and a husband that's not gonna happen). We live in an 1800 sf home now and when the kids are grown want to downsize to a cottage. My husband & I live quite happily in a 1800 sq ft 70s tri-level.
